Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controls engineering, automation, HVAC, or related fields.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, control panel design, and industrial components.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC-based control systems for sequencing, temperature, pressure, and timing.
• Create electrical schematics, BOMs, manuals, and related documentation.
• Document system sequences of operation and control logic diagrams.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve design and build issues.
• Investigate and implement software and firmware updates to resolve performance issues.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites or Schneider Electric facilities.
