Qualifications

• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, control panel design, and industrial components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, program PLC-based control systems for sequencing, temperature, pressure, flow and timing.
• Create and maintain schematics, BOMs, manuals, and engineering documentation.
• Document system sequences of operation and control logic diagrams.
• Provide technical support during pre- and post-sales activities with customers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve design and build issues.
• Investigate and implement software/firmware updates to improve performance.
• Optimize programs for improved reliability and functionality.
• Work with suppliers and external engineers to resolve challenges and evaluate new tech.
• Obtain supplier quotes and support component qualification; assist purchasing.
