Role

tekWorx Controls Engineers are involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial assessment and system development to commissioning and training. Successful candidates can expect 25-30% travel (weekdays only) from our base in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is well suited to an ambitious professional looking for the next step in their career.

Required Characteristics

• Applicable Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience with programming, installing, and/or commissioning control systems
• Demonstrated experience and troubleshooting skills with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and an understanding of networking for building automation systems
• Experience with HVAC and BAS systems and equipment for CHW and HHW applications is a plus
• Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs and Niagara hardware and software applications is encouraged
• Ability to successfully self-manage; self-starter mentality
