Job summary

Jobot is seeking a controls engineer with NEC experience for an on-site, permanent role in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will own electrical and controls design for industrial equipment, from drawings and PLC logic to hazardous-area compliance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on PLC/relay logic, NEC knowledge for Class I Div 2 environments, and experience with electrical layouts, conduit drawings, and AutoCAD. You will work directly on panels, junction boxes, and control systems in demanding facilities.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical engineering/design experience.
• Hands-on PLC and relay logic experience.
• Experience designing electrical systems for hazardous/classified environments.
• Experience with Class I, Division 2 (C1D2) applications.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements as they apply to hazardous/classified locations.
• Hands-on experience developing electrical layouts and conduit drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for electrical design/layout work.
• Experience designing or laying out junction boxes and control panels.
