Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an experienced Electrical / Controls Engineer for our Tulsa client, a manufacturer of industrial process equipment. You will design and verify electrical control systems, develop schematics, and program PLCs for automated equipment in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities include debugging control panels, creating I/O documentation, supporting FAT and startup, and collaborating with manufacturing, project engineering, and field personnel to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical controls, automation, instrumentation, or industrial engineering.
• Hands-on PLC programming experience required.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley/ControlLogix/Studio 5000 preferable.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical and control systems for industrial equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Develop HMI/SCADA systems and wiring diagrams.
• Support FAT, commissioning, and field testing.

Job Details

• 5+ years of electrical controls, automation, instrumentation, or industrial engineering experience
• Hands-on PLC programming experience
• Allen-Bradley / ControlLogix / Studio 5000 experience preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs
• Experience with industrial control panels and instrumentation
• Experience with equipment testing, commissioning, or startup
• Industrial manufacturing, process equipment, or similar experience preferred
• Bonus: Burner/combustion, boiler, process heating, BMS, or other industrial process-control experience.
