Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, troubleshoot, and improve automated assembly systems. You will maintain and develop automation controls to boost productivity while meeting facility and customer needs.

You will work with Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Fanuc robotics, and collaborate across departments to solve critical issues and optimize OEE. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of industry experience, with travel and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience with related equipment.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining checklists and inputting data into PLC logs.
• Reviewing shift reports and participating in managerial meetings.
• Programming and cross-functional collaboration across facilities.
• Identify root causes and implement improvements to OEE and processes.
• Stay updated on controls technology and safety requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
