Avancez Assembly seeks a Controls Engineer to manage automation systems with solid control theory, refine power distribution, and troubleshoot for productivity gains. You will develop and maintain automation controls to meet facility and customer needs.

The role requires hands-on programming, data input to PLC logs, and collaboration across facilities, with focus on safety and continuous improvement to uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in industry and related equipment.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining checklists.
• Review and input data into PLC log.
• Review shift reports and participate in managerial meetings.
• Programming and cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• Stay compliant with training and safety processes.
• Identify root causes and implement improvements.
