Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to test and modify control systems, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams across the enterprise. The role involves writing technical documents and proposals, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and offering training to staff and customers.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or two years of related experience, with strong MS Office and ladder logic skills (Step7, ASI Gateway).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or two years of related experience.
• Ability to write technical documents and business proposals.
• Knowledge of APC, DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Strong basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ladder logic software (Step7, ASI Gateway).
• Team player, organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Tests and modifies existing control systems.
• Reviews, revises, and improves existing procedures and documents.
• Analyzes data and reports results to management and staff.
• Collaborates with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff.
• Provides technical/troubleshooting support for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Understands and ensures compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Provides training and consulting support for new employees, technical staff, and customers.
• Develops new business proposals.
