Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in the United States seeks an Electrical Engineer to test, modify, and improve control systems in a manufacturing environment.

You will analyze data, collaborate with design and operation staff, and provide training and proposals while ensuring health, safety, and quality regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ladder logic, Step7, and ASI Gateway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to write technical documents and business proposals.
• Knowledge of APC, DCS, PLC, and SCADA.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have ability to work successfully with computers and software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ladder Logics, Step7, ASI Gateway.

Responsibilities

• Tests, and modifies existing control systems
• Reviews, revises and improves existing procedures and documents
• Analyzes data and reports results with management and staff
• Collaborates with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff
• Provides technical/troubleshooting support for both mechanical and electrical issues
• Understands and ensures compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations
• Provides training and consulting support for new employees, technical staff, and customers
• Develops new business proposals
