Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Electrical/Controls Engineer in Tulsa, OK to design and support electrical and control systems for industrial process equipment from engineering through startup. You will work on panel design, PLC programming, testing, and commissioning, with hands-on experience in Allen-Bradley controls.

Responsibilities include developing schematics, wiring diagrams, I/O documentation, HMI/SCADA development, and field support during FAT, commissioning, and startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical controls, automation, instrumentation, or industrial engineering experience.
• Hands-on PLC programming experience including Allen-Bradley.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.

Our client is an established Tulsa-based manufacturer of industrial process equipment. They are looking for an experienced Electrical / Controls Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and commissioning of electrical and automated control systems.

Job Details

• 5+ years of electrical controls, automation, instrumentation, or industrial engineering experience
• Hands-on PLC programming experience
• Allen-Bradley / ControlLogix / Studio 5000 experience preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs
• Experience with industrial control panels and instrumentation
• Experience with equipment testing, commissioning, or startup
• Industrial manufacturing, process equipment, or similar experience preferred
• Bonus: Burner/combustion, boiler, process heating, BMS, or other industrial process-control experience.
