Job summary

Hatch Global Search is seeking a Controls Engineer to support installation, commissioning, and service of advanced electrical control systems across global facilities. The role involves PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and collaboration across departments to ensure safety and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of controls engineering experience, degrees in electrical or computer engineering, and hands-on work with Rockwell and Siemens PLCs/HMI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in controls engineering or IT systems.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and commissioning of OEM equipment at global manufacturing sites (remote and onsite).
• Provide technical service and support for electrical control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control-related issues in OEM equipment.
• Ensure compliance with customer controls policies and standards by interfacing with various internal departments.

TheControls Engineer will support the installation, commissioning, and service of advanced electrical control systems. This role involves PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and supporting OEM equipment across global manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support installation and commissioning of OEM equipment at global manufacturing sites (remote and onsite).
  


• Provide technical service and support for electrical control systems.
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve control-related issues in OEM equipment.
  


• Ensure compliance with customer controls policies and standards by interfacing with various internal departments.
  


• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Technical Skills Required
