Job description

Marvin is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, program, and support automation and control systems for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. In this role, you will develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI solutions, integrate drives and sensors, and optimize equipment for safety, reliability, and throughput. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects, while maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with electrical and safety standards in a people-first, growth-focused culture.
