LVI Associates is seeking a hands-on Controls Engineer to support troubleshooting, programming, commissioning, and automation improvements across a range of industrial environments. You will work directly with customers and contribute to both PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Controls, Automation, Field Service, or related experience.
• Industrial electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and modify PLC and HMI programs.
• Diagnose electrical, sensor, motor, VFD, and control system issues.
• Support installations, commissioning, upgrades, and equipment improvements.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve equipment downtime and performance issues.
• Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Comfortable working independently in customer-facing environments.
