Job summary

ConServ Building Services is seeking a Controls and Electrical Installer to install HVAC and building automation systems in field settings. You will mount panels, sensors, relays, actuators, and VFD interfaces, while performing wiring and terminations to project specifications.

This role emphasizes hands-on field work with reading drawings, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and documentation, and supporting startup/commissioning as directed by lead techs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field.
• Experience with installation of building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Familiarity with BACnet or controls communication wiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC and building automation control systems per drawings.
• Mount panels, sensors, relays, actuators, and control devices.
• Perform low- and line-voltage wiring and terminate panels.
• Update drawings and support safety compliance.
