Systems Contractors is seeking an experienced Controls Install Lead to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can hit the ground running, lead installation projects, and provide technical expertise in HVAC controls, electrical systems, and field installation work.

The Controls Install Lead will oversee the installation, startup, and commissioning of building automation and HVAC control systems while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. • Previous experience leading field installation teams.
• OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.
