Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial & Systems, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience leading complex assembly lines.
• Experience running integrated launch schedules, readiness reviews, and risk registers.
• Hands-on experience specifying and commissioning assembly equipment and fixtures.
• Strong knowledge of line design, cycle-time analysis, OEE, ergonomics, and DFM/A.

Responsibilities

• Launch ownership from late-stage prototype builds through full-rate production.
• Lead design for manufacturing and assembly reviews; drive DFMA improvements.
• Define Vehicle Assembly system, line layout, and equipment needs.
• Lead make-vs-buy studies with Supply Chain and manage FAT/SAT reviews.
• Plan prototype builds, ramp to production, and monitor KPIs (OEE, yield).
