Mach Industries Inc. is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Test, in Huntington Beach, CA. You will own production testing across products and subsystems, defining what gets tested, where, and how. You will design stations, fixtures, software, and data flows to achieve high coverage and on-rate production.

You will lead on-floor testing, guide engineers and technicians, and drive test readiness for product introductions and line bring-ups while ensuring robust data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing test, test engineering, or production validation in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or comparable complex hardware.
• Experience taking production test systems from concept through FAT/SAT, launch, and rate production.
• Experience implementing production PCB flashing and configuration for embedded electronics, including firmware image control and programming verification.
• Strong test strategy, test coverage, limit setting, MSA/Gage R&R, and statistical data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own production test strategy and execution for assigned products and subsystems, from incoming and component test through subassembly test, EOL functional test, rework and retest, and final acceptance.
• Turn product requirements, design intent, and DFMEA/PFMEA risks into test requirements, coverage maps, test limits, and pass/fail criteria.
• Write guidelines for test access, programming and debug access, and serialization and traceability; keep it current as products change.
• Own the PCB flashing strategy and select programming methods and equipment aligned with cycle time and cost.
• Develop and launch production flashing stations; manage firmware image versions and reflash processes.
• Develop and launch production test stations and fixtures, including avionics, harness tests, leak tests, and full-system EOL tests.
