You support our team as:

Controls and Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Lead electrical troubleshooting and RCA to evaluate and resolve electrical issues.
2. Support project managers with equipment upgrades.
3. Promote lean manufacturing using PDCA cycles and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
4. Participate in rotating on-call support for 24/7 operations.
5. Ensure safety requirements are met in risk assessments, performance levels, and PPE selection for electrical hazards.
6. Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. 3+ years of experience as an electrical engineer in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and PLCs.
4. Working knowledge of industrial automation and machinery coordination.
