GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Manager of Accounting (Controllership) to oversee end-to-end financial reporting and ensure timely accuracy for internal and external stakeholders. You will lead monthly and quarterly reporting packages to Haier, and coordinate audits with internal and external teams.

The role requires active CPA licensure, 5+ years of experience, and strong expertise in US GAAP and SOX. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Competenze

• Must possess an active CPA license.
• Experience with US GAAP and SOX required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; Big Four experience preferred.

• Owns end-to-end financial reporting, including monthly/quarterly packages to Haier.
• Leads closing for estimates and reserves; prepares cash flow statements.
• Drives balance sheet reviews and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
