Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Controller to oversee our company’s financial operations and guide strategic decision-making in the Chicagoland area. You will manage corporate accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while preparing for a future CFO role.

Qualifications

• Senior finance experience in construction preferred.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Proficient in Sage 300 and SAP.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting practices, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts with leadership.
• Review monthly results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain internal controls over revenue, costs, and budgets.
