The Nederman Shared Services team seeks a driven Controller for the Process Technology (PT) Americas division based in Charlotte, NC. This role reports to the CFO of Nederman Americas and supports global finance with opportunities for growth within Nederman’s 30-country footprint.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting or Business required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience with percentage of completion accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of IFS Software preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting and reporting for 3 business units’ P&L and balance sheets in local ERP system (IFS cloud) and Group consolidation system (IBM Cognos).
• Ensure timely reporting of P&L and balance sheet according to the group Financial calendar.
• Ensure the accurate treatment of Project Accounting and revenue recognition (percentage of Completion).
• Preparation and presentation of monthly financial results and deviations to plan.
• Ensure implementation of proper accounting procedures and reconciliation schedules.
• Work with Sales and Operations to report backlog orders and sales weekly.
• Ensuring timely reporting of Estimates and budget.
