KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a client in the Greater Manchester, NH area to add a Controller to the team. The Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting, own the month-end close, and support the CFO with financial reporting.

Responsibilities include costing, inventory management, and variance analysis to identify trends. Qualifications call for 3+ years in a similar role with ERP experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations
• Ownership of month-end close
• Support the CFO with financial reporting
• Manage costing and inventory
• Reviewing variances and identifying trends
