Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a client in the Greater Manchester, NH area to add a Back Controller to the team. The role is a temporary hourly position with a start ASAP and compensation of $50-$65 per hour, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, own the month-end close, and support AP/AR, costing, and inventory while reviewing variances and identifying trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar controller/finance role.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Epicor, SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ownership of month-end close.
• Support accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage costing and inventory.
• Reviewing variances and identifying trends.
