Job summary

The Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation is seeking a talented Controller to join its finance team in Morristown, New Jersey.

The Controller will manage day-to-day financial transactions and help deepen the Foundation's impact by strengthening financial policies and controls in support of its equity and justice agenda. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will implement GAAP-compliant procedures, oversee budgeting, tax planning, investment accounting, banking, payroll, and benefits

• The Controller will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions and for maintaining GAAP-compliant policies and procedures.
• The role includes enhancing financial controls, budgeting, taxation, and investment accounting.
