Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Data Entry Controller to maintain accurate inbound and outbound records, handle calls, and support operations across cargo, ramp, and customer service.

You will create timely reports, adapt to changing procedures, and work closely with warehouse and trucking partners to ensure on-time service and visibility. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• Highschool diploma, GED or International equivalent.
• Professionally handle inbound/outbound calls.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes in procedures.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Detail oriented with exceptional communication skills.

Are you ready to take off on your next career with us? Job Summary Controllers function as the central clearing house for all data and information for the local operation and the customer. In this role, the controller must maintain consistent and professional communication with warehouse operations, ramp operations, 3rd party trucking providers and the customer through phone calls and updates in the customers proprietary computer system. The successful controller will be a subject matter expert in the customers standard work manual and use this as a guide to drive required communications. Examples of communications would include notice of flight/linehaul delays, operational escalationsand consumable inventories.

• Any additional tasks or job assignments assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• Highschool diploma, GED or International equivalent

• Able to work under pressure and adapt to constant changes in procedures.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Detail Oriented with exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Good customer services skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• GWAM of 35+ words per minute.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift 50 to 70lbs.
• Must be able to work inclement weather.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
