Job summary

Jaguar Fueling Services in Humble, TX is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. You will report to the CFO and oversee the close processes, GAAP compliance, and external audits.

The role focuses on ERP implementation (Oracle NetSuite) and strengthening the financial infrastructure to support rapid growth. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, CPA or CMA certification, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• CPA or CMA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• ERP implementation experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop strongly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and automation technologies strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and maintain financial records in GAAP.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Review and approve bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Lead Oracle NetSuite implementation, coordinating with departments and consultants.
• Prepare debt schedules, covenant reporting, and compliance docs.
