A growing U.S. manufacturer is seeking a Controller to manage core accounting functions and lead a small team. Qualifications

• A blend of public accounting and manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience in plant accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and operational finance/accounting required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all core accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Drive the month-end close and provide analysis on business drivers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and optimize use of ERP systems.
