Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Controller for our CAAS group in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting and internal controls, lead accounting teams, and coordinate with boards and clients.

The role blends client service with firmwide finance leadership in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting/financial experience, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant accounting/financial experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online highly preferred.
• Hybrid/flex work arrangement with travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, procurements and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and advise executive on financial objectives and actions.
