Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for budgeting, cash and credit management, and accounting.
• Coordinate and direct financial planning, budgeting, procurements, or investments for part of an organization; prepare financial information.
• Direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, and regulatory reports.
• Advise management on short- and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.
• Communicate regularly with boards, bankers, investors, and constituents; may include board prep or hosting presentations.
