VMG Health seeks a Manager for its Controller Advisory practice to lead and support client-facing accounting engagements. You will provide Controller-level expertise across financial reporting, GL oversight, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and audit prep.

The role involves coordinating client and internal teams, managing priorities, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience at Controller level.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit prep.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Controller and financial advisory engagements from planning through completion.
• Provide Controller-level support for reporting, GL, close, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and audits.
• Assess complex issues and drive practical solutions to resolution.
• Manage project plans, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Coordinate client and internal teams to deliver deliverables on time.
