Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 6-10 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years in a financial management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounting team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with the CFO to drive efficiency improvements and support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze and present accurate, timely financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reporting materials for lending and compliance requirements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and other applicable accounting regulations.
• Collaborate with state and federal agencies on financial and compliance matters.
• Manage cost accounting processes and ensure accuracy of product costing.
• Oversee the annual budgeting and planning process in alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage fixed assets and prepare capital budgets.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
