Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Location: Paoli, PA (On-site or Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to join a growing retail/ecommerce company based in Paoli, PA. This is a high-impact role responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Manage general ledger (GL) accounting and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation
• Prepare financial statements and reports for senior leadership
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and supply chain
• Support external audits and tax filings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a Controller or similar leadership role
• Strong experience in GL accounting and inventory management
• Background in retail or ecommerce preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
