Job summary

Financial Additions, partnering with an established construction company, seeks a hands-on Controller in Weatherford, TX. You will oversee all accounting operations, manage month-end close, and mentor staff while partnering with leadership on cash flow and forecasting.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in accounting with construction industry experience, job costing and WIP reporting, and familiarity with Sage300 or Sage Intacct. Office-based role in Weatherford.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience is required.

Financial Additions has partnered with an established and growing construction company looking for a Controller to join the team. The ideal candidate brings a strong construction accounting background, has experience with Sage and ERP implementations and loves being a hands on manager.

This position is in office in Weatherford, TX

• Oversees all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Leads month-end and year-end close process
• Manages project accounting and job cost reporting
• Prepares cash flow forecasts, assists with budgeting and forecasting
• Leads and mentors the accounting staff
• Manages treasury and banking relationships
