Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with leadership.

• Experience managing audits, tax compliance activities, cash management, and accounting operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and process-improvement skills within a fast-paced operational environment.

• Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Our client, a manufacturing and industrial services company, is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting and finance operations.

Location:

Vallejo, CA. This role is hybrid, with in-office requirements of 3-4 days per week.

Job Description:

This highly visible leadership role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and day-to-day accounting activities while partnering closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to build processes, develop teams, and provide strategic financial insight. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear growth path from Controller to Vice President, providing an opportunity to take on broader financial leadership responsibilities as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
