PlugandPlay Talent is assisting a fast-growing consumer products and ecommerce company in finding a hands-on finance function manager. You will own the full accounting cycle, manage one direct report, and improve the QuickBooks Online environment to support scale across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.
The role reports to the VP of Operations and offers the opportunity to implement ERP improvements and automation in a high-growth setting with significant scope for impact.
Our client is a fast-growing, approximately $200M consumer products and ecommerce company with a lean, entrepreneurial team and significant sales across DTC, Amazon and major retail channels.
Despite its scale, the company still operates with the speed and ownership of a much earlier-stage business. As it continues to grow, it is investing in building a more scalable finance organization, stronger reporting processes and improved financial systems.
We are looking for a hands‑on finance function manager to join a growing finance team and help build the infrastructure needed to support the next stage of the business.
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this person will own key accounting and reporting processes, help organize and optimize the company's current QuickBooks environment, and improve the systems, controls, and processes supporting a complex e-commerce and retail business.
You have one direct report, but this is very much a hands‑on role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into a high-growth environment where the business has scaled faster than its finance infrastructure — and where there is real opportunity to improve how things are done.
This is an opportunity to join a business that has already achieved significant scale but still offers the ownership and impact of a much smaller company.
You will have the chance to work closely with senior leadership, improve the finance function, and help build the systems and processes required to support continued growth.
depending on experience.
