Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a seasoned Permanent Controller to lead all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic insights for growth. The role requires at least 5 years in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing, and will oversee budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and risk management.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, manage audits, and mentor a finance team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • High integrity and professionalism with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
