Addison Group is partnering with a brand organization in the DFW area to find a Controller who will own end-to-end process across the segment. This governance role focuses on control and accuracy, with transactional work handled by shared services and outsourced teams.

You will oversee balance sheet, close, reporting, and analytics, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and strengthen internal controls and audit readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounting.

The position spans the whole segment rather than a single line of business, so you see a process end to end and you own it end to end. This is a governance role rather than a preparation role.
