Job summary

Beacon in the United States seeks a high-impact Controller to own accounting for consumer, subscription and commercial revenue. You will lead a team of about 12 and help build a modern, AI-driven finance function that scales without headcount.

This role offers a clear path to CFO and requires close collaboration with leadership on reporting, planning and strategic decisions. Fully remote (US) with a preference for candidates near South Florida.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• A track record of delivering a verifiable, on-time close
• Strong technical accounting skills, including inventory and subscription revenue
• Experience with NetSuite; QuickBooks is a plus
• Real, hands-on use of AI and automation tools in your accounting work
• A curious, driven and hands-on approach; you'd rather build than manage from a distance

Preferred Skills

• Nice to have: CPA, and experience at a consumer products, hardware or DTC company
• Fully remote (US), with a slight preference for candidates in or near South Florida
