Job summary

CFS, a global manufacturing company based in Uniontown, Ohio, is seeking a Controller to partner with executive management and lead all financial controlling and accounting activities.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, analyze performance against plans, oversee credit and audit preparation, and drive major system initiatives including ERP upgrades and Power BI implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in controlling or finance leadership.
• Strong Excel and ERP/Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial controlling and accounting activities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Analyze performance vs operating plans and present insights.

Key Responsibilities (Controller)

• Lead and oversee all financial controlling and accounting activities in accordance with standard accounting principles
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, including revenue, order intake, cost of sales, and absorption analysis
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Analyze financial performance versus operating plans and present insights to senior leadership
• Oversee credit, collections, insurance policies, and audit preparation

Qualifications (Controller)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in controlling, finance leadership, or related roles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred
• Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge
