What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a controller with hands‑on P&L management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is highly favored
