Growing, global manufacturer is seeking a Controller with strong accounting experience to support a key domestic operating company. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and global teams. Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote); local candidates only.

What you’ll do as the Controller:

• Lead accounting, reporting, cash management, and overall financial operations
• Own month-end close, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Act as finance lead for ERP and process improvements
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across the business
