  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, partnering with department heads to develop budgets, track performance, and prepare rolling forecasts and cash-flow projections.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement—evaluate systems, implement automation and ERP enhancements, and streamline reporting workflows.
  • Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team, setting clear expectations and fostering professional growth.
  • Serve as a key business partner—provide insights, KPIs, and scenario modeling to support pricing, new initiatives, and operational strategies.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred).

  • Advanced knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting best practices.
  • Experience managing multi‑entity or multi‑location accounting operations.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system skills (NetSuite preferred).
