LHH in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function and partner with executive leadership. An established, growing organization in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an experienced Controller to take the reins of its accounting function and partner directly with executive leadership.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with immediate ownership of two major initiatives: an ERP/NetSuite implementation and the year-end audit.

What They're Looking For

Required:

• Active CPA
• Proven Controller-level experience
• Strong technical accounting foundation
• Experience leading an accounting/finance team
• Strong year-end audit experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Strong plus: NetSuite or experience leading a major ERP implementation/conversion.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Controller who enjoys being close to the business—not someone who wants to simply delegate.
