Job summary

Genuine Search Group seeks an experienced Controller to lead accounting for a manufacturing business in Florida. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, job costing, inventory, revenue recognition, and internal controls.

You will manage a team, drive profitability, and ensure ASC 606 compliance while partnering with operations, sales, and engineering. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Controller or senior leadership experience.
• Strong financial analysis and cost accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Syteline.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Hands-on, results-driven approach.
