Job summary

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking a strategic Controller for a remote, high-growth e-commerce client. You will own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and infrastructure, partnering with executives to drive performance and scale systems.

The role leads a 10–15 person team, builds automated dashboards, ensures compliance, and collaborates with operations, technology, and digital teams to align financial strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience supporting organizations in the $10M–$50M revenue range.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, controls, and reporting.
• Demonstrated success building financial infrastructure and scalable processes.
• Experience leading and developing teams of 5–15+ employees.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems, business intelligence tools, and technology platforms.

Position Summary

TheControllerserves as a strategic business partner responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, operational analysis, and financial infrastructure development. This role combines executive-level financial leadership with hands-on oversight of systems, automation, and performance management to support a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
