Qualifications

Position Summary

The VP of Finance serves as a strategic business partner responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, operational analysis, and financial infrastructure development. This role combines executive-level financial leadership with hands-on oversight of systems, automation, and performance management to support a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success building financial infrastructure and scalable processes

• Experience leading and developing teams of 5–15+ employees

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Proficiency with financial systems, business intelligence tools, and technology platforms

Preferred

• Experience within e-commerce, digital commerce, or consumer products environments

• Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, and process optimization

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or related professional credential

• Experience with payment processing and online revenue platforms
