Job summary

Atlantic Group in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Controller to join its leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional accounting, offering a clear path to Director of Finance and ultimately CFO.

Highlights include a base salary of $120K–$140K with a 10% annual bonus, a hybrid schedule (4 days in the office), and the opportunity to mentor a four-person team while engaging with senior leadership on property and fund accounting, budgeting, treasury, valuations, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting and/or private industry experience.
• Multifamily or property accounting preferred.
• Fund accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of four professionals.
• Work with senior leadership and Asset Management.
• Oversee property and fund accounting, budgeting, treasury, valuations, and financial reporting.
