MH Hospitality is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across a portfolio of hotel properties. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains strong accounting processes, and supports the overall financial performance of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, preferably within hospitality, with hands-on M3 Accounting software experience, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Formación

• Experience with M3 Accounting software is required.
• Experience in accounting or financial management is required.
• Hospitality or hotel accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations across multiple hotel properties.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with hotel management on financial and accounting matters.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits, tax documentation, and financial reporting requirements.
• Perform additional accounting duties as assigned.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations across multiple hotel properties.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
