This hands-on role requires strong leadership to coach the accounting team and partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and ERP optimization.

You will own the income statement and balance sheet, ensure internal controls, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Oversee accounting operations, including reconciliations, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, cash flow, internal controls, and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ERP optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team as a hands-on player-coach, performing detailed accounting work as needed.
• Ad hoc work as assigned.
