Job summary

Rezult is actively seeking a Controller for an immediate need with our client in North Tennessee. The role will own the financial statements, close processes, and ensure strong internal controls in a manufacturing environment.

You will lead a hands-on accounting team, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting and ERP optimization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, financial reporting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee accounting operations, including reconciliations, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, cash flow, internal controls, and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ERP optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team as a hands-on player-coach, performing detailed accounting work as needed.
• Ad hoc work as assigned.
